The Whiteriver Forest 180mm Cashel Oak - 2.27m² Pack is a multi-layer engineered floor with a real layer of pre-finished hardwood on top of premium quality plywood. The major benefit of monolam is in its construction which gives the look of a solid floor while also maintaining the stability benefit which engineered flooring offers. This engineered flooring can be either floated (gluing of tongue and groove joint), glued down to a cement screed or nailed down to a wood substrate such as OSB3 and WBP plywood.
